Who are ASIST?

The Anti-Social Investigation and Support Team (ASIST) deal with complaints of serious anti-social conduct across the West Dunbartonshire area and where necessary raises legal proceedings for ASBOs and evictions. Referrals and pro-active disclosures from the Research and Intelligence team and Police Scotland are also used to progress enforcement measures against individuals as necessary and appropriate as part of our joint partnership to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour.

Some of the behaviours we will deal with are drug dealing, loud music, assaults, threatening behaviour and youth disorder.
