Council Front Facing Offices are currently closed

Our front facing offices are now closed and support is being offered through our website and contact centre on 01389 737000. Please be patient as due to the high number of calls we’re receiving lines are very busy, we will help you as soon as we can.

Church Street is one of the main council offices. We have a number of rooms available for hire to the public - Civic Space, North and South Training Rooms and meeting rooms.

Directions

By Car:  The postcode for Sat Nav is G82 1QL. Parking is available at the rear of the building on Castle Street.  Public car parking is also available on St Mary's Way and Quay Street.

By Train: The nearest train station is Dumbarton Central.  Service information is available via the ScotRail website.  

By Bus: There are bus stops located at the front of the building and on the opposite side of the road on Church Street. The buses that service these stops are the 1, 1a, 206 and 208/218. Timetables and service information is available on the First Bus website. For the 208/218, timetables are available on the McGills buses website.

Rooms for hire

There are a number of rooms available for hire to the public within 16 Church Street.  Please email communications@west-dunbarton.gov.uk to enquire about availability and bookings.  Room capacity and rates per hour are available below.

*Above rates may be subject to change dependent on nature of function.  Requests to hire the space on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be subject to a fee of £45 per hour in addition to the rates above. 
Bookings will be for a minimum of three hours.
