My West Dunbartonshire allows you to request and receive services online using your computer or smartphone, any day of the week, when it's most convenient for you. Once you have signed up, click on 'MyAccount' to start viewing your Council Tax account details and sign up/view e-billing.
Remember you can opt to pay your Council Tax over 12 months rather than 10 months.
Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay and has the added advantage of letting you choose from 3 monthly payment dates (1, 15 or 28). Simply complete our online Direct Debit form below or alternatively contact us and we will assist with setting up your Direct Debit.
Please ensure that you have your account reference number (on your council tax letter), a valid debit or credit card and if you have an email account your email address to allow us to send your receipt.
