This work stream will focus on the continued renewal of Kitchens as identified and recommended from the housing stock condition survey and appropriate council officer referrals. Our specialist sub-contractor Everwarm will carry out these works.
We would appreciate your cooperation and agreement in allowing us entry to your homes in order to carry out these works and help us to help you by ensuring your home meets all necessary Housing Standards.
Tenants will be able to select from a choice of finishes during a consultation with their surveyor. You can select your choices of units, worktops and wet wall splash back from the selection. This will be available in our new kitchen brochure which will provided by our surveyor once a visit has been arranged. Please note, appliances are not included as part of our kitchen renewal.
All programmes may be adversely effected by means beyond our control such as no access and in certain cases inclement weather.
