Cover and refrigerate overnight
For the curry sauce fry the onions and peppers in one tbsp. of vegetable oil until soft. Then add the tomatoes and yogurt and simmer gently for 30 minutes
Oven bake the chicken in the combi oven at 170c until it reaches core temperature then add to the curry sauce and simmer for a further 15 minutes
