About the Visitor Levy Advisory Forum

The Forum will advise on the implementation and operation of the visitor levy. The Forum provides a mechanism for stakeholder engagement, considers the potential impacts of the levy, offers recommendations on how levy revenues should be invested to support tourism and local communities and promotes transparency and collaboration between the local authority and stakeholders. While the Forum is advisory rather than decision making, it will help ensure that the levy is administered effectively and that investment priorities reflect local needs and opportunities.
