Notice is hereby given that he West Dunbartonshire Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
Full details of this proposal, which forms the proposed West Dunbartonshire Council (Glasgow Road, Hardgate) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2026, together with a plan and statement of reasons for proposing to make this Order, are available for inspection, without payment of fee, below.
