Improving the Cancer Journey

If you live in West Dunbartonshire and have been affected by cancer - you can access the Improving the Cancer Journey service for personalised, non‑clinical support.

This service offers space to talk about what matters to you, help you understand what support is available locally, and guidance with practical issues such as finances, work, emotional wellbeing, and day‑to‑day challenges. It’s not a medical or clinical service, but a way to make sure you’re not navigating your cancer journey alone.

A dedicated Advisor will work with you to identify your needs and connect you with the right support locally, at your pace.

To arrange an appointment please complete the online enquiry form or by email at improving.cancerjourney@west-dunbarton.gov.uk.  If you do not have online access, or have difficulty with digital devices, you can contact us by phone on 0800 980 9070 and our admin staff will assist with completing the form on your behalf.
