Do you wish you could feel more confident to move forward in your life and make positive changes?

Our Wellbeing groups provide a safe space to meet others and feel less isolated.

The groups are supported by a tutor and, as well as discussion, there is also time for you to share ideas, tools and strategies for supporting positive health and wellbeing.  Group members direct what they would like to focus on, which might be arts, crafts or discussions. 

We have 2 ongoing groups: one in Clydebank, which also includes English Language skills and one in Dumbarton.
