You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can do this using the Subject Access Request form. Security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information. Our online presence is secured using third party security.

We will secure all your personal data using systems appropriate to the risk. Non-sensitive data such as name or address can be transmitted normally over the internet and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, if you send us information, once we receive it we will secure it.

16 or under

We will always protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. For our coaching programmes only a parent/ guardian of children aged under 16 can provide us with personal information and will be our point of contact. Please do not provide us with phone numbers or email addresses of under 16’s. Our Community Programmes may work directly with young people and will use their contact information if required.

Any health data you supply for under 16’s in our coaching programmes will be held in our Learn2 system which can be accessed by coaches, service providers and volunteers working on our behalf. This is to ensure our staff have the relevant information to hand when providing a service to under 16’s. Health data supplied through our Community Programmes is kept on a central database with very limited and controlled access.
