To restart classes, customers need to contact WD Leisure to discuss the reallocation of a space within the programme.

Failed Subscription/Payment

  • For any failed Subscriptions, WD Leisure reserves the right to restrict access to classes until a suitable payment has been made. Failed payments are automatically tried again on the 4th, 7th and 9th of the month. If no contact with WD Leisure has been made within 14 days of non-payment then your child will be removed from their class and will have to join the waiting list if no spaces are available.
  • The monthly subscriptions remain the same for each calendar month and are calculated based on your child receiving 36 classes per year (April to March).
