Adult Learn to Swim Programme
The Adult Learn to Swim Programme is suitable for adults aged 16 and over. We currently delivering Beginner and Improver sessions where the class instructor will adapt the lesson to suit your individual needs. These classes will build your confidence in an aquatic environment and help you progress with the development of stroke fundamentals.
As the programme grows in the future you will see classes that are specific to Beginners, Improvers, and more advanced classes. If you are unsure which class is most suited to you, please contact our team at swimmingdevelopment@west-dunbarton.gov.uk

How to Book
Our classes are run as block bookings, based on £8.00 per lesson. Sessions are block bookings and no refunds will be given for missed sessions.
Follow these steps to register and book a class:
- Register online via the Join@home with West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust link.
- Enter your details.
- Select Book Class.
- Choose Location and Adult Beginner Lessons.
- Select Show Courses and choose the class you want to book.
- You will then be taken to the payment site.
