The Denny Civic Theatre was built in 1969 and is located in St. Mary's way in Dumbarton town centre. The centre belongs to West Dunbartonshire Council but is managed by West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust.
The facility can be used as either a theatre, concert hall or conference venue, having fixed, raked seating with a capacity of three hundred and thirty seats. The venue stages a variety of music, dance, drama and variety performances staged mainly by local groups and companies. The venue has a large reception area and bar facilities, which can also be booked for meetings and social activities.
If you are coming to see a show at the Denny Civic Theatre note that Dumbarton Central railway station is only 5 minutes from the theatre and there is ample car parking adjacent to the venue.
