The Regeneration Capital Grant Fund (RCGF) is a Scottish Government fund which supports locally developed regeneration projects, helping to support and create jobs and build sustainable communities. Applications are open to all of Scotland's local authorities.

Each year the Council invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from groups who are interested in applying to the fund for projects which:

  • demonstrate clear community involvement
  • deliver large scale transformational change
  • encourage additional investment

Expressions of Interest

EOI's should include the following:

  • Anticipated project costs & indicative timeline
  • Any details of match funding your organisation has secured
  • Details of site ownership
  • Copy of business plan or feasibility study if available
