| REHIS Mental Health First Aid | The REHIS Mental Health First Aid course is a 6-hour course that aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required for the responsibility of the role of a Mental Health First aider. |

| Get Set Young Women | An 8 week programme, one afternoon a week to help girls and young women aged 16 - 24 to strengthen their self-esteem, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Take part in small group sessions and activities to build confidence and self belief. | 30th July 2026 |
