This exhibition takes a look at the story of crime and punishment in Dumbarton.

The local historical records provide a fascinating insight into the justice system and penalties imposed.

The exhibition includes features on the infamous witchcraft trials of the 17th century, prisoners of war incarcerated in Dumbarton Castle, and Dumbarton Prison.
