Ready Steady Splish, Splash
Early Years Swimming Lessons
The Ready Steady Splish, Splash and Swim classes are for infants aged 3 months to 3 years. This is the first step to introduce your child to the water.
Parents or guardians will learn techniques on how to support their child in the water and build their confidence before they join the main Learn to Swim Scheme.
Classes and Age Groups
We offer five classes grouped by age:
- Ready Steady Splish (3 to 12 months)
- Ready Steady Splash (12 to 24 months)
- Ready Steady Swim (24 to 36 months)
- Twilight Babies (3 to 18 months)
- Twilight Tots (18 to 36 months)

How to Book
Our classes are run as block bookings and prices vary on number of lessons within each block but are based on £5.40 per lesson.
June - August Block opening for Bookings Monday 15 June.
Follow these steps to register and book a class:
- Register online via the Join@home with West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust link.
- Enter your child’s details.
- Select Book Class.
- Choose your Location and then select Splish and Splash Lessons.
- Select Show Courses and choose the specific class you want to book.
- You will then be taken to the payment site.
