National Customer Survey

The National Customer Satisfaction Survey is commissioned by the Scottish Government in partnership with the Improvement Service on behalf of local authorities. The survey is issued to all users of West Dunbartonshire Council's Building Standards services in order to collect views on the service you have received from us.

The survey should only take a few moments of your time and all your responses play a part in helping West Dunbartonshire Council's Building Standards Service improve our offer to you as our customer.

Please note that the survey seeks feedback on your experiences only in relation to the Building Standards service you received, and not in relation to other services such as Planning/Development Management.

The survey is designed to be anonymous and does not ask you to provide any personal information. All information you include will be used by West Dunbartonshire Council for the purpose of improving the building standards services and processed according to the council privacy policy.

If there are any aspects of this survey or any issues you would like to discuss further, please contact us directly using the contact details on this page.
