Once planning permission or other planning consents have been granted, a letter will be sent with the details of the decision including the reason for the decision and any conditions and reasons. The decision letter and all information relating to the case can be found on the online planning register.
Details will also be included about a right to appeal or seek a review.
The granting of planning permission or other consents is not permission to start the work. Other consents may be required and those carrying out the work must ensure they are legally entitled to do so. We will provide you with more details on the decision notice and other permissions that may be needed. These will include notices that must be submitted before and after the works are started and completed.
