IMS Pupil Registration Form
All pupils receiving lessons through the Instrumental Music Service MUST be registered before any lessons can commence. This system allows us to appropriately support our pupils, communicate key messages effectively to parents and pupils and monitor our service to deliver the best outcomes and information.
If there are any change to the details requested in the Pupil Registration Form such as a new home address or new phone number could you please forward these to neil.mcallister@west-dunbarton.gov.uk and the new details will be updated on our database.
