The West Dunbartonshire Licensing Board has published its new Statement of Licensing Policy. This Policy sets out how the Licensing Board will promote the licensing objectives and how the Licensing Board will determine applications. The Policy also includes the Licensing Board's Assessment of Overprovision. This document details the extent of overprovision of licensed premises, or licensed premises of a particular type, in West Dunbartonshire.
This Policy is the result of an extensive consultation process involving the public and key stakeholders including Police, the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, and the licensed trade.
