Outcomes from Tenant Participation
Being able to show outcomes achieved by tenant involvement is one of the best ways of encouraging more people to get involved and for people to see that they can make a difference.
Our annual Performance Report outlines some of the outcomes from tenant involvement in shaping and improving Housing Services over the last year. Our Tenant Participation Strategy is called ‘Involving Tenants to Improve Housing Services’ and that exactly what we want to do.
