Working4U continue to support residents using a variety of resources. Appointments can be by telephone or face to face in an office or library or on online platforms such as Zoom. You can fill out our online contact form and someone will get in touch with you.

You can contact us Monday to Thursday, 8.45am to 4.45pm and Friday, 8.45am to 3.55pm.

If you wish to find out more about the services we provide, chat to a member of our team, or are an organisation looking to refer someone to Working4U, the best way to do this is  by completing the Referral Form.

It is important that you provide as much information as possible on the online form to enable us to prioritise when demand is high.  If your need is urgent then please ensure you tell us.   There may be other avenues of support if your issue is money related.

A member of the team will get in touch with you. They will:

  • Talk to you about what it is you are looking for.
  • Listen to you about what it is you are looking for.
  • Give you information about a range of services which may help.
  • Provide practical assistance and support to ensure you get what you need.

Near Me

Near Me is a video consulting service that enables people to attend appointments from home or wherever is convenient. The service is already widely used across NHS Scotland for health and care appointments with around 20,000 consultation being held every week. The service is now being rolled out across a wide range of public services.  In partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support and NHS, some of our services already have access to this online platform and use it to make appointments.
