Key Priorities and Partnerships

We design and deliver services against statutory and non-statutory plans, that outline the main actions and improvements the service are required to deliver to support Council priorities and local neighbourhoods.

The plans include measures to track how well services are performing. By reviewing performance regularly, we can identify what is working well, where improvements are needed, and make informed decisions about future services.

The plans also highlight key priorities and challenges, explaining how resources and partnerships will be used, and consider any risks to delivering services effectively.

Progress is regularly monitored by the Working4U management team and reported to senior Council officers to ensure services continue to meet local needs and Council objectives.
