Community Engagement Ranger Activities & Events often held in Levengrove Park are detailed below

    • Thursday Evenings in the Training Suite
  4. During the kids Easter and summer holidays there are family Lawn Games out on the grassed areas in front of the Ranger Office.
  5. Seasonal Children’s Parties
    • Easter, Halloween and Christmas
  6. Yearly Christmas Activities
    • Grinch Walk, Christmas Carols, Christmas Music, Kids Art Activities, decoration, card  making and Letters to Santa.
  7. Bird watching activities.
  8. Inspirational walks created and inspired by Andy Binnie.
  9. Mindful Relaxation Sessions.
  10. Bulb planting activities.
  11. Orchard maintenance activities.
  12. Proposed community garden space for use for organised school and kids garden activities. (planting fruit/veg and making bug hotels and greenhouse) TBC
  13. School nature activities. (Animal Identification in the park) TBC
  14. Tree identification sessions  TBC
  15. Working with walking groups and other community groups.
  16. Proposed Music Events (Karaoke, Folk Music and Ukulele). (Music Karaoke and Magic show cancelled due to COVID. Hopefully 2021
