Off-street Parking Places
Restriction of use by vehicle Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that West Dunbartonshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The proposed Order would introduce restrictions on the use of Council owned off-street parking places by certain vehicles. The purpose of the Order is to preserve the availability of public parking facilities for residents, visitors, shoppers and public transport users.
A copy of the proposed Order, together with a Statement of Reasons, may be inspected free of charge below:
