Temporary 20mph Speed Limit Order - Balloch Campus

The West Dunbartonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14 (1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers make the following Order in the interest of public safety.

20mph Speed Limit: The Order will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to be driven on the following sections of road at a speed more than 20mph only when and where indicated by signs.

The restrictions which will be in force for a duration of 18 months, will come into force on Wednesday 13th August 2025. While this Order is in operation the 20mph speed limit will apply for 24 hours a day on the affected roads.

Roads subject to restriction 

Applicable from 0900 hrs on Wednesday 13th August 2025 to 13 February 2027.
