Temporary No Waiting or Loading Restriction Order 2026
Order
The West Dunbartonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers make the following Order:
- This Order may be cited as The West Dunbartonshire Council (Overtoun Avenue, Dumbarton) (Temporary No Waiting or Loading Restriction) Order 2026 and shall come into operation from Monday the Seventeenth of August Two Thousand and Twenty-six and will remain in operation until Monday the Twelfth of October Two Thousand and Twenty-six.
- The effect of this Order shall be that there shall be no waiting or loading between 0700 hours and 1900 hours on the road(s) described in the Schedule to this Order when indicated by traffic signs.
